Community Engagement: Not to be confused with community outreach, community engagement is our area of expertise and requires strategy and purpose. We will work with a client to determine exactly why they feel they need community engagement and what outcomes they are looking for. The purpose of community engagement is to build bridges with leaders of a community and to espouse trust for a cause, idea, or project. Community engagement requires cultivation.

Leadership Development and Curriculum: After many years of spending time with leaders in the region, we know how to coax leadership characteristics from people. We believe everyone is a leader, whether you are the CEO of a major corporation, an elected official, or leading a classroom of kindergartners. Events Management: Events management should not be confused with event planning. Events management is profit and loss, and should have a strategic, economic, communications, and branding impact. In addition, we are known for our “Master Run-of-Show,” which is a very detailed script. The speeches are carefully crafted to articulate the clients’ key messages. Even the walk-on music is carefully selected. Every single detail in our events is carefully considered with the branding of the client in mind. And we do not skimp on the production crew.
